Marci Nigro
Executive Director – Middle Management Recruitment

Marci Nigro's success with TEG Solutions started when she joined the company back in 1997 and assisted in opening up the New York City company office. While working with TEG for 6 years as an Executive Recruiter, Marci specialized in high end sales and various middle management positions within the Technology industry. Mrs. Nigro and her colleagues aggressively grew the NY region for TEG, and helped launch new start-ups as well as expand global enterprise companies. She re-joins TEG with 19 years of sales and management experience, and is recognized for her strong relationship building skills, and her solid understanding of the needs and challenges of technology organizations.

Prior to joining TEG, Marci's industry experience included sales, sales training, and management positions with global telecommunications leaders Cable and Wireless and MCI. She has received numerous awards and recognitions including Presidents Club awards, National Sales Trips, and consultant of the year for TEG Solutions. Marci is a graduate of Temple University and she currently resides with her husband and two sons in Princeton, NJ.
