Scott Carberry
Vice President/Partner-Executive Search

Scott Carberry joined TEG in May of 1998. Mr. Carberry brought with him over 10 years of experience in Sales and Management in Telecom and Technology. He has been the recipient of many awards throughout his career including TEG's consultant of the year in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Scott co-leads our executive search team on an international basis. His clients range from start-up organizations to Fortune 100 companies in the Telecommunications, IT Services, Software and Hardware industries. Scott has had the opportunity to service many prestigious global clients including Avaya, T-Mobile, Level 3, Deutche Telecom, Cox Communications, Sterling Commerce and Agere Systems. In 2003, Scott was formally the recipient of partner status at TEG and today assists in all corporate management decisions.

Prior to TEG, Scott worked at AT&T in various sales and national account positions. His accomplishment there earned him a number of honors and awards, including membership in the Leadership Council (top 2% in sales) and was also named AT&T's top sales leader in the Eastern Region in 1995. Scott is an active member of the National Association of Personal Consultants and earned his marketing degree from Shippensburg University. He and his wife Victoria, along with their daughter, reside in Southern NJ.
